1-Be Honest with pitcher on his stuff
2.Know what the Pitcher PLAN and GOALS are for Pen
3.Use Verbal and Non-Verbal communication
4. Utilize all stances-Work on receiving, blocking and footwork for steals
5. Grade the Pen. Give feedback on how pen was!
