General tips for catching bullpens
- Be Honest on the pitches thrown
- Know the Pitchers plan and goals for the pen
- Use verbal and non-verbal communication
- Utilize all stances. Work on receiving, blocking and footwork for steals
- Grade the pen- Give feedback!
